The time I spent with Ariana and the horses had a profound effect on me as a leader. I believe this work is on the cutting edge of 21st century training and development.

To me that is your greatest asset, your quietness, but total awareness and understanding.
Also the word playful was a new one connected to horses, usually it's very serious 'work', and yet most trainers 'say' it's to have fun, but the fun isn't that often. I am on a clearer path now.
